House was so good back in the glorious old days because it had that perfect balance of drama, humour and medicine! Good medicine! This isn't Grey's Anatomy, this isn't Scrubs; this is House! It doesn't have to resort to cheap drama.

Well, I suppose it's good that the writers are trying to tweak the formula of the show here and there, but I think by now they should realise that the drama isn't doing much. Or at least, they shouldn't sacrifice the medicine for drama.
