Over here from hw_reqs and have just read this, then got to the comments and realised that it was the last part (I'm not well today, and clearly my brain isn't working...)

I really liked this part, anyway (it works fine as a standalone, actually). It feels really in character, and I love all the little details.

Now I'm off to read parts one and two :D
