AH, it's nothing. He's just pissed that POTW proved WIlson is DOM, thus causing Wilson to gloat and tease House that he could make House do his laundry for him if he wanted. No joke. He really said that.

I squeed at that. I have to try hard to keep the squeeing-levels to a minimum for my poor dignity's sake, but the House writers have been thwarting me at every turn.
