Newsday is a very prestigious publication. Not saying that lends credence to Mr Gay necessarily, but it certainly doesn't suggest we should dismiss it out of hand.

It'll probably be some scene we can simply take "that way" if we like, but it's certainly an interesting spoiler.

It looks to me like it's just a summary of the last few episodes, rather than anything concrete about what's going to happen except that the storyline will continue somehow. I'd bet money on "Wilson confronts House and ... maybe they're having a thing, too" being a reference to the "we're a couple!" scene from "Don't Ever Change."

I think we need to look at this differently, people. Mr Gay is not saying "OMG, HOWSE AND WILSUN ARE HAVING TEH SEX MAYBE PLZ" but is instead saying "there's so much subtext and plotline that it almost looks like they're having teh sex."

It's not really a spoiler, but sort of a overall comment on how ghey this show is.
