It looks to me like it's just a summary of the last few episodes, rather than anything concrete about what's going to happen except that the storyline will continue somehow. I'd bet money on "Wilson confronts House and ... maybe they're having a thing, too" being a reference to the "we're a couple!" scene from "Don't Ever Change."
