Honestly, I have never seen Ausiello ever say anything that turned out to be true. Not sure what's reliable about that.

Good point. I tend to take most spoilers with a grain of salt as it is, but that one in particular seems false.

It looks to me like it's just a summary of the last few episodes, rather than anything concrete about what's going to happen except that the storyline will continue somehow. I'd bet money on "Wilson confronts House and ... maybe they're having a thing, too" being a reference to the "we're a couple!" scene from "Don't Ever Change."
