Obviously it's JUST me who doesn't think House's father was some kind of überbastard when House was a kid. I don't think House is all that different from his father; and I don't think John House was all that bad to House, I don't think House was abused; and most importantly -- I DON'T think it relevant, I don't think House is suffering from some kind of angsty childhood. I just don't find it very likely. His father being tough on him and his father ABUSING him are way different things.
I don't think John House was that bad.
That's MY belief and I'm sticking to it. :)
Because I'm sick of antiSue-House who's got this boo-hoo-überangst-childhood..
House isn't a character to feel sorry for. He doesn't hide in a shell because he's shy, he's JUST that cool! Independent! He can deal with things without going all DRAMA over them (except when it's about Wilson of course... cuz then it's ALL about the drama)
Well, I bet, it is all true and that we haven't even seen a third of it all. There's no way someone who had a happy childhood has so severe trust- and boundary issues.
And I think I don't have to say how high the number of people with a personality disorder is, that where abused during their childhood. There's also usually a reason why people become drug-addicted or alcoholics. And yeah, I believe that children are born innocent, blame me for that.
