I think this might be the first time we've seen House actively hug someone. (Chase hugged him during the fake brain cancer, but he didn't hug back).
Alvie deserves a lot of love for that. :)

I wonder how I missed the fact that Lydia looks A LOT like Wilson.

And I want to go up that flying machine! I've never actually seen one!
