The thing that hit me about this clip is hearing Wilson still whispering. I wish I could make out what he says. Poor Wilson! He is just so screwed up that even though he knows House knows, he can't stop. Poor Wilson :(.

Agreed, poor Wilson. But the "See, he is getting better." that is audible at the end almost killed me. It was so sweet.
