zap2it has an interview with David Shore here where he gives some information about the rest of the season.

Regarding House and Wilson living together, Shore revealed that they will continue to co-habitate for pretty much the whole season. He said he didn't want to give away the ending, but yes, we can expect them to stay roomies for some time.

Yay!

He also talked about the upcoming Cuddy-centered episode, how we'll be "seeing House's world from someone else's perspective" like we did in Wilson.  As much as I'm looking forward to seeing Cuddy get her own episode just to watch her, I also hope we'll get to see House and Wilson's relationship from her perspective.

I've been trying to find out if SEASON 7 is RSL's final season. I read somewhere he signed on for three more years at the end of S4, which would mean S7 is his last season. If anyone knows different - please share.

How long did everyone else sign up for?

I think HL is signed up through S8. I don't know about the others
