I really, really liked this story. Seriously. I've been asking myself how it must be like for him to go home every day to this crazy, fake place, filled to the brim with a 'wife' and a 'marriage' he never wanted. And yet, did he? Was there any regret in his eyes? You tie it all up togther so perfectly, making it clear it takes time, and having the final revelation come by House's body reacting to a oresence at his side on the couch, a presence which is not the person it ought to be.
Wilson isn't surprised, doesn't ask more than perfunctory questions; he lets House him, gives him food and light entertainment. Home is where you're always welcome, whenever you show up: Wilson's condo is House's home. Bonus point for the organ.
