I suppose I keep wondering if the Wilson in this episode is a hallucination...
I agree with [Unknown site tag], that it would make sense for House to go against Wilson's wishes and take him to the hospital. I think Stacy even said that House would have done the same thing in her position.
I also really do think that it's possible that the ending will be left as ambiguous, as to whether or not House or Wilson dies. But based on the finale title...I have a feeling that it will at least be indicative that Wilson is terminal/still dying. Still...that truly can be remedied in fic, with the way things on the show seem to work, zebras and cures coming from the oddest of places.
I really don't know at this point. I keep looking hopefully at spoilers, (my resistance finally fell through), but with the fact that any of this, given House's drug use, could be a hallucination...I really have no idea.
