this also means that Wilson will not be forming a romantic relationship with House this season.

I actually thought that at first too, but then I realized after everything that happened at the end of last season House has other issues to deal with, like you mentioned. Any romantic relationship for House right now doesn't make much sense to me.

I want the House/Wilson friendship to be seen more too. If the writers ever decide to go with furthering House and Wilson, I'd prefer it to be in the last season of the show.
