Okay, I didn't know that.
Perhaps HL meant "uplifting" as in House's struggle (= coming to terms with Wilson's death) will be over?
One more thing: Kutner's return already means that somebody is hallucinating. That person could be House ... so perhaps he sees Kutner and Wilson together and realizes that Wilson is dead?!
Speculating is fun ... :-)

Could be a flashback or dream. Does not necessarily mean hallucination. Also, someone could meat him in Limbo (like House in "Wilson's Head" met Amber on the bus, a long time before he started hallucinating her)

Are you suggesting that it's possible that Wilson is the one hallucinating him? If Wilson is the one having a near-death experience, that could definitely be possible...

Or House? I think the last episode features him reevaluating his life and that could be after taken a lot of Vicodin...

But once again, I really don't know...

Well, it COULD be that Wilson is hallucinating, even though I don't think so. The point I was trying to make is, that it mustn't be any hallucination at all, but that it could also be a dream or a flashback or a near-death experience. (Like it was featured before). Or just symbolical stuff. Like the bus.

I definitely think that could be true. After all, last episode was saturated with references to dreams and symbolism.
