Wow, making the title of the post an essay question sounds so smart. I think I'll do that more often.
That aside, I'm betting that this has already been discussed about ten zillion times, but something has been bugging me recently. Wilson, as we know, is not very good at being faithful to his wives. We know for certain that he has had at least one affair, and we suspect that he has had more. Now the question is, if Wilson and House were to start a romantic and sexual relationship, would he be able to change? Would things be different because it's House, the guy he's been best friends with for however many years and/or the guy who is the love of his life? Or would he still be incapable of being faithful, for whatever reason?
I don't know. Discuss, y'all.
