"This can only end in tears." House said.

"I know." Wilson confirmed.

House's hand stroked appreciatively across the small of Wilson's back and he bit his lip softly.

"I'm not good at relationships."

"I know." Wilson nodded.

House ran a finger up Wilson's spine. He sat up straight as a shiver ran up each vertibrea.

"I'll let you down."

"I know."

"Again and again."

"I know."

House's fingers tangled in Wilson's thick brown hair, scraping his fingernails gently on Wilson's scalp. Wilson let a breath out shakily.

"But I want to do this anyway." Wilson said, taking House's cheeks in his hands and pulling his lips onto his in a crushing kiss.

The feeling of House's lips on his was everything he'd ever imagined and like nothing he'd ever felt at the same time. House's lips were dominant and demanding but Wilson felt wanted and accepted in a way he'd never experienced.

The kiss ended and Wilson leaned his forehead against House's. "I know." He whispered.
