The Princess And The Peeved, Chapter Seventy-Two

SUMMARY:  House is trapped in an 18th century kingdom, where Princess Johanna bears a remarkable resemblance to Wilson.  When House gets involved with the princess he must disentangle his feelings for her and his feelings for Wilson.  Which is made more difficult by kidnapping her and being on the run from her power-crazed uncle.  Parallel with early season 6, when House is sleeping on Wilson's couch and Cuddy is with Lucas. Chapters are individually rated from G to NC-17.

“Sweetheart, you didn’t tell me company was coming!” House exclaimed, popping out from under the blanket. He gave the three armed men in black standing in front of the bed a faux-embarrassed smile. “I’d get up and shake your hands, but I’m naked.”
