Gahhh, something tells me that this big "40 year old secret" isn't going to be House's love for Wilson; more like something that's obvious and not all that shocking, sadly. I'm thinking of abuse or neglect, which is of course very sad and explanatory in many ways, but not what I was hoping for.
What is really intriguing is why Wilson is throwing something, who/what he's throwing it at and the context. How are they going to fit all of this in one hour?!
Heck, House's mom could be saying "I don't care that you didn't like him... at first, but you love Wilson now so you've got to accept that and take charge of your life!"
