This one was my question. Decided not to spend precious time on writing name, even couldn't believe that comment would appear at all (because moderators, as far as I understood, were posting incoming questions, picking them in some random order (huddy-shippers were inadequate, yes. And how patient and polite Hugh was)), couldn't believe at first that this would be for real, that it would be Hugh at the other end of the chat, hadn't prepaired short questions in advance (but now we know, and next time!...)
But, yes, put three magical letters (RSL) and Hugh will notice the question :) (He answered every question with Robert's name in it)
