Hmmm . . . House woke Wilson up by singing George Michael's Faith, specifically where he expresses a desire to touch Wilson's body. In Remorse House tells Wilson's clinic patient in Spanish that Wilson's empathy toward his patients is borne out of the pain of dealing with chronic male sexual dysfunction. House appears to be just as interested in Wilson's special place as he is in Cuddy's. In The Down Low, House claims he's pretending to be in a gay relationship with Wilson so he can jump Nora repeatedly. When Wilson publicly declares his undying love for House and follows it up with a proposal on bended knee, House doesn't answer, and more importantly doesn't chase after Nora. Instead he stays to share a glass of wine with Wilson. In Birthmarks, House tells Wilson he's the only person he thought was not boring in a sea of 3000 conference attendees. I'm pretty sure the 3000 included both men and women. House declared in Don't Ever Change Wilson was sleeping with him by sleeping with Amber. And in the closing H/W scene, House observed it was better that Wilson found a female proxy for him. And in a S4 episode, House asked Cuddy to sleep with Wilson to get him away from Amber. Now that was interesting.
But I guess the best evidence has come from S6. House was suppose to stay with Wilson for a week or two. They showed us how House moved more and more of his stuff into Wilson's place. As much as House talks about Cuddy you have to wonder what's really going on. From a psychological perspective, it appears as if House and Wilson are using Cuddy and other women as a buffer to avoid dealing with how they really feel about each other.
There's no way House sees Wilson as JUST a friend. Like House said "they're two tigers away from an act in Vegas"
