Now that the series is over and looking back, do you think Wilson was referring to House when he told Cameron about that "someone who made me feel funny, good. And I didn't want to let that feeling go"?
Personally I believe it's House as it makes the most sense based on canon facts.
If it's House it means Wilson considered himself cheating on his wives emotionally and/or physically with House. If we take what he said in the context of his whole convo with Cameron and also take into account his expressions then, does it imply that Wilson had been harbouring romantic feelings towards House all along? And therefore when Wilson said to House "I need you to tell me that you love me" he meant romantic love as well?

Perhaps Wilson is a closeted gay and deeply afraid of coming out? He cared much about his public appearance and what others thought of him.
