Right before this conversation happened he gave Cuddy an alternative to replacing house's Vicodin with laxatives. She agreed to the alternative, and he asked her what shed do w/out him. she wonders why he wasn't there for her earlier, and he in turn (rightfully suspicious) wonders what she was doing to need his guidance. Wilson's stomach sinks as he realizes she had already replaced House's vicodin with laxatives earlier. Guess he''s getting no nookie tonight.
In the next shot, we see House coming out of the bathroom, groaning and generally making faces. Yep, he definitely swallowed sum laxatives. Poor House.
Its funny that WIlson told Cuddy she has to let House win in some way so he'll keep Foreman, and she tries it and fails like WOAH. Wilson, it seems, does that all the time. I guess it just proves once and for all who House's master really is. ^__________________^
