Friends, Romans, Countrymen...you get the picture. I come with good news. The H/W Daily Drabble Poll is returning in the not too distant future. YAY. *throws confetti* In an attempt to get those creative juices flowing, as well as make up for my lengthy hiatus, I have decided to give each of you a gift.

For one day, I am offering an open drabble request. That day is today - Sunday, March 11. This is how it works:

- Rule #1: We don't talk about fight club. (sorry, had to)
- Do I have to say that it's gotta be H/W? Do I?
- Go here and post a comment with your request.
- One request per person.
- Be as detailed or as simplistic as you like.
- ANYTHING GOES. SRSLY. I don't have any off-limit areas when it comes to H/W, as you all well know.
- Do to the overwhelming amount of responses, the req list might close and open from time to time so that I can finish them all in a timely manner.

I'll be fufilling requests throughout the day, and all will be posted in my journal. Pick-ups will be posted as they are completed for your viewing pleasure.

Because season 3 House/Wilson makes me rather sad. D:

Title: Better Be Home Soon
Pairing: House/Wilson
Song: Better Be Home Soon by Crowded House
Length: 3m:16s
Summary: House and Wilson have been drifting apart, and Wilson hopes that one day they'll again have the relationship they once had.
Disclaimer: When the vulture flies sideways, the moon has hair on its upper lip.

Anyway, I thought "Half Wit" deserved a wallpaper.
And then I did another one, which is a tribute to House/Wilson relationship.

Just skip my notes, if you don't wanna read them, and take a look at my 2 new pieces.
I hope you'll enjoy them!

Pairings: House & everybody, House & Wilson
Sizes: 1024x768
Rating: G/PG
Theme: friendship

A friend pointed me to an essay someone posted about Wilson on [livejournal.com profile] idol_reflection called Diagnosing Dr. Wilson. It brought up some interesting ideas that I thought some of the people here would like to read about.

A/N: A post Half Wit fic of the insane variety.

I'm making progress here...

Titles
: TB or not TB, Daddy's Boy, Spin, and Hunting
Pairing: House/Wilson
Ratings: PG-13 (some language and sexuality)
Disclaimer: Shore owns them.
Total Word Count: 458
Summary: Snapshots of House and Wilson.
Notes: I realize that all of these pretty much revolve around Wilson.  I just tend to drift toward him, it seems.  I'll try to include House as a central character more in the next ones.  Constructive criticism and feedback are loved.  Previous parts can be found here.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_strange_music_/
and those nasty pictures that I keep stumbling all over the House pages ;) (Well and quiet a bit of training on PS)

Title: The Other Side of the Mind
Author: [livejournal.com profile] moondragon_kaga
Rating: PG
Word count: in the 550 range
Note: This is the timestamp-forced companion piece to "The Art of Sacrifice". This fic could be a stand-alone, but it would be a bit clearer if you read its companion first. I'm not positive whether this fic should be posted here, becuase it is a borderline friendship fic even when you add its companion to the fray... Eh, I'll take things how they come. If it's not allowed, mods go ahead and delete...

On to the ficcy goodness...
[identity profile] spamala97.livejournal.com
I come bearing a short, pointless, dialouge-only fic. I've been having awful writer's block lately, so I felt like writing a little something to get the juices flowing again. I was flipping through A Brief History of Time earlier, and happened to read this sentence: Michell suggested that there might be a large number of stars like this. Somehow, that seemed like an interesting thing to use as a prompt. I'm sorry this is sort of lame, and it's my first attempt at dialouge-only, so go easy on me.

Title: Stars
Pairing: House/Wilson, Cuddy & House friendship
Rating: PG
Word Count: 650
Notes: Kid!fic, in a way. The kid doesn't belong to Wilson or House. Also, joking reference to mPreg.
Summary: House lends Cuddy a hand and discusses astronomy with an 8-year-old.

“That one was the North Star. Everyone knows the North Star.” )

Title: Joseph
Author:[info]drunken_hedghog

Pairing: House/Wilson
Rating: PG-13 (one bad word)
Warnings: Mention of previous character death.
Spoilers: None specific
Disclaimer: If I owned any of it I’d be too busy playing to write.
Summary: Kid!Fic – Anymore would spoil it.
Note: This series of drabbles was written for[info]shenthand based on Anamatics 10-drabbles challenge, described below. Shenth wanted me to try one for De Profundis by Oscar Wilde, possibly the most depressing work of literature ever published. But don’t despair; I cheered it up a little in the interpretation. Thanks to[info]karaokegalfor her Full Metal Beta; any mistakes in it now are entirely my own.
"Pick a novel (or book), preferably one of more than 100 pages in length, and take the first (full) sentence off of the top of page; 10, 20, 30, 40 & etc. Until you have ten (or thereabouts) quotes. Take said ten (or so) quotes and write drabbles based on them. You can use the whole quote, or just a section, even a word – all that matters is that you stay faithful to the first sentence part of the challenge."

So come and meet Joseph

Title:For the Kids
Author: [livejournal.com profile] toolazytowork
Word Count: ~640
Pairing: H/W
Rating: PG-13 seems fair. Depends a lot on how deep in the gutter you're currently residing, I suppose. Might be NC-17 if you have a very filthy mind.
Warning: All dialogue. Author claims no responsibility for any side effects should an actual child become exposed to this thing.
Spoilers: None here.
Disclaimer Blah, blah, blah. Diet Rum is bad...mmmkay?

Hi! I need a little help. I'm trying to track down the creator of this "House & Wilson discover H/W slash" icon. I love it, would like to credit it back to the right person and would like to borrow the dialogue for a H/W fic I'm working on (which I would also credit back.) Anybody know? Thanks!

Title: Essential Elements of Teamwork
Rating: R
Central Characters: Wilson/House/Cuddy.
A/N: I know some people like a het warning (even if the content of Teamwork is essentially slashy), so there is a weak het warning for this chapter.

Part 1: C-Section (word doc).
Part 2 (word doc).

3,1. Positive Thinking.

Title: And Maybe He’ll Never Know
Rating: PG
Spoilers: “Half-Wit” and generally the whole series.
Summary: Post “Half-Wit.” Wilson had been too blunt. House probably still didn’t understand.
Disclaimer: All characters belong to NBC Universal, David Shore, Katie Jacobs, Bad Hat Harry Productions and FOX.
Author's Notes: I promised over at my journal that I would write a fic over the weekend. Although I said I wanted to finish at least two, but hey, one is better than nothing, right? [Unknown site tag] [profile] awwsugah this is for you <3 This is my first House/Wilson work that I mustered enough courage to post. Please comment!!! xD

Title: Origin
Author: [livejournal.com profile] moondragon_kaga
Rating: NC-17 to be safe, though it isn't as bad as you might think...
Pairing? Implied
Word Count: 500 range
Summary: Wilson probably doesn't want to know, but his curiosity takes the choice away from him...
Note: This is written as a companion piece to my LAS entry last challenge, A White Spring. This can be a stand-alone, but it'll be easier to understand if you read the 'prequel' first.

James Wilson wasn't a naive man...
