Because I am once again searching for stories. And it IS actually a question I have been asking myself for some time. 

Maybe it is because I started fandom some time ago. when there where huge archives for TV shows like Sentinel or Due South or Star Wars and most of them almost for a single pairing only. 

It is the only thing I am really missing in House fandom and especially at the House/Wilson side of fandom.

There  is an archive but it is is seldom use while most stories are only posted to the LJ and require either a lot of searching or the right person to point in the right direction.  

So please don't take this the wrong way. I am just curious. The question is why so few of the great writers around here place their House/Wilson stories somewhere where they would be able to be found easily and quickly. 

Especially when it comes to stories with many parts.
