I just noticed that the hideous couch no longer has that giant barrier thing in the middle. They can now brush against each other freely when seated.

Looks like it'll be a great episode. No mention whatsoever of Foreman's brother in the promo though, hope he'll be interesting.

Yeah, as graceasaur said, so far I remember the old spoilers it's Lucas who does this ... revenge for House hurting Cuddy with destroying the photo? Or they found out finally who bought the condo they had wanted so much?
Wilson would not destroy his own brand new condo with flooding it.
