Extending off of this post! Many of these may not be true as we don't have any official confirmation, but it's fun to speculate, right?
Episode 13, "Moving the Chains," by Friend & Lerner: Involves what seems to be a prank war between House and Wilson. Rumor has it that it's actually Lucas, to get them back for stealing the apartment - and maybe to try and get them fighting enough that they move out? That's just speculation. The episode also features Foreman's brother, who House gets a job in the hospital.
Episode 14, "5 to 9," by Moran: Cuddy's episode (which I think sounds interesting), so not too much H/W. But they have at least one scene together, judging by the promo pictures.
Episode 15, "?," by Egan: Rumored to involve House, Wilson and Chase going speed-dating.
Episode 16, possibly titled "Black Hole," by Kaplow: Apparently Wilson redecorates the apartment, and House has it sent back because he wants Wilson to decorate it how Wilson would like it. Also, there's a Taub plot of some sort
Episode 17, possibly titled "Lockdown," by Attie, Blake, Friend & Lerner: Little to no H/W, because the episode is about the hospital being put on lockdown because of a missing infant, and House is stuck in a room with a patient. Wilson and Thirteen are supposedly in the cafeteria and play Truth or Dare, though.
Episode 18, possibly titled "Knight Falls," by ?: Wilson apparently gets a new girlfriend (no one in the main cast), and House isn't happy about it. They're apparently still living together at the end of the episode, though. Things to consider here: a) we don't know if it's serious or whether it'll be followed up on at all (see also "Locked In"), and b) jealous!House = awesome.
Episode 19, "?," possibly written by Friedman & Hess, as Hess has mentioned on Twitter that their episode is now in pre-production: no idea yet.

She didn't want him to grow to resent her. House, OTOH ... well, this is just conjecture, but I can see him interpreting all-him decor as, "You're not planning to stick around." Or something equally insecure and screwed up. Either that, or he's trying to be nice, like in the last episode, but handles it all wrong. Either way, I don't see it as a re-hash so much as a similar situation with a different POV. Just IMHO.
