I am so happy they are doing what I predicted - Wilson's cheating makes House hurt and angry. YES. This time he's taking it seriously, unlike he did with Amber. AKA: He loves Wilson. -Giddy-

I think House trusted Amber more than Sam. All he knows about Sam is that she dump Wilson, so House hates her for it.

His leg pain began before Sam was in the picture. It's the idea of Wilson leaving that is causing him pain. But you have a point. Sam has hurt Wilson before; Amber was familiar to him. Safer.
