Date: 2012-04-25 10:19 am (UTC)I feel like there was a picture specifically for episode 19 of House holding what appeared to be a chemo bag in Wilson's office sometime ago, with the description "House agrees to help Wilson." So I think it is specifically for 19.

Date: 2012-04-25 10:57 am (UTC)The road trip seems a little bit more amiable than I expected, but think of the title "Post Mortem". It's likely or at least possible the road trip serves in part as time for House and Wilson to go over what happened in the episode prior, as a post mortem can mean many things, one of which is the discussion of something that has come to pass (like what we do here after an episode has aired). It seems likely the episode title has a double meaning, as many House episode titles do.
A lot remains to be seen, and this is just a theory, though.
