Perhaps this is something of a callback to the Tritter Arc episode, when Wilson had his car impounded and was having to take the bus everywhere. In that episode, House came by on his motorcycle, but didn't offer Wilson a ride. Maybe this time he does.

OMG, do you remember how they stared at each other? I was HEARTBROKEN. And SO mad at both of them. Wilson's Heart broke mine, that's for sure, but I am quite sure I was never so mad at them than while I was watching the Tritter arc for the first time!

Oh yes. It was a great, great scene. So intense! They both did such amazing work during that arc.
