Yep. Am I the only one that's strangely weirded out that House didn't find out Wilson had cancer. The man knows what tie Wilson wears on which day but he didn't figure out something was wrong at least?!

Just shows how well Wilson can hide the really important stuff. House didn't know he'd hooked up with Sam until she emerged from Wilson's bedroom and found him naked in the kitchen. *giggle*

ETA: Oh, and he didn't know Wilson had a second brother for a decade, or more.
