And that Wilson (RSL) is so much shorter than House (HL).

He is shorter but not that much. I think Wilson has stepped off the curb and is on the street level. Probably wondering where the heck to the bus to wherever they are (he is?) trying to go, is.

I like the running away from the hospital idea. :)

The running away idea came to me from the Gut Check elevator convo, Wilson's reaction when he sees House for the first time in Transplant,. His impulse to push House away in Body & Soul after he confirms his diagnosis. His running away after Amber's dies. I just think Wilson gets really emotional and RUNS!!

That seems like it would make a lot of sense...Why Wilson is at a bus stop, certainly.
