Summary: “It’s strange,” Wilson airs after a long, companionable silence, “that so many of the stars aren’t even there anymore. They’ve been dead for hundreds of years. We don’t even know.”
House turns his golden marshmallow, inching it closer to the glowing embers. "It’s better than not being seen at all."
Notes: I wrote this for wot-gorilla for Valentine's in a notebook. He was kind enough to type the story out and send it to me.
