Realistically speaking... is it possible for the show to take the oh so desired by us Hilson fans turn and House and Wilson to end up together?

I talked about this with a friend and she thinks it is not only possible but likely to happen in the last season. Me, I think that this show didn't start with any homosexual couples and it's not going to end with one. Sadly :(
